Cleaning The Ocean, and stopping deforestation

I believe we should do a better job on water pollution. We are doing a lot to pollute the water, in the water are very small organisms called zooplankton and phytoplankton. Those two species are very important to our air. They make most of our air, an water pollution is a huge problem to our air and many do not realize that. I believe you should urge that to the general population. I also highly disagree with decoration, I understand the rules on replanting after harvesting, and I also agree with tree farms. But I highly disagree how wooded land is more taxes which can easily get a landowner to deforest their tree "population". Deforestation really can affect the air quality, and some believe that causes global warming. I believe that their shall no longer be a tax on trees in property
