Clear abused women of the debts that abusive husbands have forced them to create or neglect.

Created by B.C. on January 12, 2013

Women who are abused are often forced into financial decisions by abusive husbands. Due to their circumstances these women may have been forced into a loan on a car or house that is above their ability to pay on once divorced.

Also some women may have been going to school while with these abusive partners and then be forced to not finish the semester or even their degree or certificate training and thus defaulting on their schooling and loans.

Allow women to pass on this financial burden to their former abuser when it is provable that they may have lost their car, house, or schooling opportunities due to abuse.

This can be do to either the husband not allowing them to work or to pay any of their loans or bills or beign forced to forfeit their earnings towards the husband or others.
