Clear all felony convictions after ten years have passed and the person staid clean so they can live, vote, work

This is me trying to live like a descent human bing. I work and pay taxes but I can't take my children out of the country no passport I can't buy firearms. Some States I can't vote my felony was 2005 for theft by computer please try and help.
