While Josh Pillault was on a game called Runescape, he was confronted by another player who said that Josh should kill himself. Josh replied saying that "he would not just kill himself, but he would take out a local high school"
Soon afterwards, Josh was taken in by the feds. Seeing what little options there were, and hoping for a shorter sentence, Josh plead guilty. He is currently serving a 10-year sentence and a $250,000 fine
Josh's family, friends, and school officials have stated that such a punishment is undeserved; even the inmates at the prison Josh is currently residing at think that the punishment is crazy
