Congress is called upon to replace the reparations owed to the ancestors of slave. We ask instead of reparations that a Bill be enacted to clear the past debt owed by each African American presently living in America. This Bill would provide a clean slate to each African American who has significant debt. The least amount of total debt would be $10,000 and the largest amount of total debt would be $10,000,000.
This Bill would replace reparations owed to African Americans. The objective would be providing a clean slate, clear past debt and Pave a bright future for African Americans going forward. For many years the United States Government has avoided paying reparations to African Americans. Let's move from reparations to clearing the debt and paving the future.
