Clearly identify the effects, or revise how domestic courts criminalise defendants that have taken an Alford Plea.

After a defendant has accepted, served sentence, & paid the state criminally, district court's espressly Family Law Courts are making accusation that since Alford Plea was taken you stated actual guilt which is in direct objection to the definition of an Alford Plea, and double jeopardy! Not to mention exactly what U have not plead. I do not believe they should be able to twist the plea and present actual evidence to petition for child removal or termination of parental rights based on an Alford Plea or make allegation of you to actual guilt if the only basis they have is a plea of Alford. It is slander and libel and should be culpable in a court of law!
