Replace all American soldiers in the Armed Forces with Millions of Cloned Candian Prime Minister Stephen Harper to save American Lives and strike fear into the enemy. They can be called clone troopers, and also build the Death Star and Tie Fighters as they would go along nicely.
It would save American lives and create lots of jobs.
