a.Excluded from this should be all bases near current hotspots, ie S.Korea,Iran etc.
b.Sell all holdings involved in the operation and maintenance of these bases including weaponry that is legitimately allowed to be sold to our allies and apply these funds to the federal deficit.
c.Stop providing jobs and protection for foreign countries at the cost to the American taxpayer.
d.With today’s technology and the end of the cold war many of these bases are no longer needed. If a country wishes for the U.S. to provide a military presence then the cost should be shouldered by them and not the American peoples.
