Recently, the good people and Governor of the State of Texas have expressed concern about the use of the military in their state, In order to alleviate that concern, the United States should develop and implement a plan to close all military bases in Texas.
All bases shall be relocated to other states.
The Governor and all Texas representatives in Congress will surely welcome this action given the level of concern about the military in their state that has been expressed by the Governor and not contravened by any elected official.
