Most people use the weekends as a time of relaxation or to get chores done. But as we all know you cant accomplish everything you want during the 2 days you get off. Most schools in the United States are open on average over 40 hours a week. That is more than some adults work. Also if there was no school on Fridays then all the teachers in the country would have one less day they would have to work, which means that the economy could save hundreds of thousands by not paying them for that day.
