We, the people,have watched the VA healthcare system fail our veterans since the Vietnam war, and these deaths and hiding lists of vets who needed care is the last straw.
We want our veterans to be able to receive care like any human being at any healthcare facility in the United States for physical and emotional wounds. Tht will be the answer to fighting the stigma and poor care our vets have been forced to endure.
Our country is finished with lip service and the 22 suicides a day, the veterans who have died waiting for care, the lists of vets not receiving care because their information was deleted ; just some of the tragic reasons our vets deserve dignified,patient centered care in hospitals and treatment centers anywhere. Our military families and vets have suffered enough .
