The federal Department of Transportation has been a very effective tool for implementing the Interstate Highway system, but it has lost its way over the years. There simply isn't any big infrastructure project that should be funded at the federal level, we've solved that problem.
Please allow the states to decide what to do by returning their gas tax money.
