One million dollars to have and access is considered enough money for several lifetimes of several people. The way that most of that money is gained is by smaller amounts by the populace given for items now considered necessary. This is similar to being "rewarded" when it's really a numbers game. I'm not going to be able to detail this well. However, many millionaires can even consider themselves philanthropists, and are named so. Because it's the age of cell phones and rocket ships, and because there are issues of poverty that even cause obesity, I think that to have and be able to access one million dollars while many live uncomfortable lives that often end very early for being so, is a fine cap, in order to, as the constitution says is the governments duty, redistribute wealth.
