Whether or not you decide to prosecute George W. Bush for his role in torturing prisoners of war, he does not deserve a Presidential Library. In addition to the torture scandal, he caused the worst recession since the 1930s with his economic policy and launched an illegitimate invasion of Iraq that led to the creation of ISIS.
