This Petition is for President Obama and his office to take immediate action in closing down and releasing the prisoners of Guantanamo Bay. As U.S. citizens we reject the detention of any persons without trial. We reject cruel and unusual punishment against persons of any background. Your inaction is a blemish on your credibility and WE the U.S. Citizens will not allow it to continue to blemish our own. Close Guantanamo Bay and Release those YOU continue to detain.
