Close Guantanamo Bay detention facility. The cost of $900,000 per detainee is much too costly. there are 86 detainees that are cleared for release, why do we continue to hold them? with the state of our economy the money being dumped into Guantanamo Bay would fund numerous other programs that would benefit the American people.
