Most of detainees have already been cleared for release, yet still remain at Guantanamo. Our domestic justice system has successfully prosecuted terrorists who remain today in our US prisons. By continuing to participate in torture, we are contradicting the beliefs of basic human rights that make us the America we are, and should continue to be.There is no need for Guantanamo and it does more harm than good to our national security. President Obama should close Guantanamo Bay today!
