The Guantanamo Prison Facility was set up in response to the 9/11 terrorist attack but seems to have no legal basis, nationally or internationally. It has perhaps served some security purposes but no longer does. The facility should be closed and its inmates sent wherever the President determines would be best for national security and worldwide peace.
