Guantanamo Bay has not been closed as you promised during your campaign. In fact, according the sources on Wikipedia:

you appear to have totally backtracked: "On Jan 7, 2011, President Obama signed the 2011 Defense Authorization Bill which contains provisions preventing the transfer of Guantánamo prisoners to the mainland or to other foreign countries, and thus effectively stops the closure of the detention facility."
Therefore, we do not need to hear your excuses of what has happened up to the present.
We, the undersigned, instead demand to know what steps you will take to have Guantanamo permanently closed by the end of your term.
