We the people petition our Government to close the Haliburton Loophole that is destroying our water, land, air and causing undo hardship to all communities directly impacted. That will be all of us. This product is being shipped for profit to other countries. We need Solar and sustainability. Not poisons that are killing livestock and innocent citizens. Now banks want to foreclose in the areas affected by this immoral financial deal.
Please do not allow America's water supply be destroyed.
