Close the Loopholes of Illegal Immigration.

When a mother comes onto U.S. soil and gives birth to her child, the child and the mother are allowed to stay in the U.S. This is a problem, because that child might take your child's school or college, and that mother might take your job. This needs to be changed, because you can't have an American dream if non-Americans are stealing it from you. I understand that if somebody is born on U.S. soil that makes them American, but does that make them a citizen? There are most likely international rules that state this, and this is used to our disadvantage. The rule must e more specific, and a good way to make it more specific is to make it so that both the mother and father, or at least just the mother must be U.S. citizens at the time of the baby's birth or when it was "created".
