We kindly ask the White House to close the section of their website devoted to individuals and organizations being able to set up petitions. We believe this section of the site serves no useful purpose other than allowing our fellow Americans to create nonsensical petitions that have no value whatsoever and make the country look bad. We further believe that closing this area of the website would be a significant step in the right direction in helping to reduce the national deficit due to the fact that the petition section of the White House website and it's associated costs are a glaring example of government waste.
