CLOSE THE TAX LOOPHOLE FOR FUND MANAGERS PAYING CAPTIAL GAINS TAX ONLY, NOT REGULAR INCOME TAX ON SERVICES THEY PROVIDE

Created by A.M. on January 23, 2013

This loophole in the tax code allows fund managers to pay taxes as captial gains, not earned income. They provide a service get paid to do it and then pay only 15% in taxes on it, not the 39%, we have to pay on earned income, because of this loophole thousands of not millions in taxes are lost to the government and the people.
We urge the Obama Administration to close this loophole in the tax code and get the real taxes due from these fund managers.
