The constant and determined rape of our society and children by clowns is a problem that must immediately be stopped. Clowns have spilled out into our society and near our well trafficked neighborhoods and playgrounds at increasing rates. The problem has gotten so bad that it's started to appear daily in our national news.
Sign this petition if you want by executive order for the president to make illegal to putting on a white face a big stuffy costume and parade around in huge shoes with a red or other color nose.
