Any year now, Texas will have a Latino majority. Will the good-ole-boy secessionists really be happy when their newly independent nation votes for Spanish as the official language, or for Texas to become part of Mexico? Or do they dream about a new Republic-of-Texas-style regime controlled by a minority of racist Anglos?
