“We the people”, of these United States of America issue a formal request that President Obama, as well as his Administration co-sponsor a(n) Executive, and Judicial investigation into the unconstitutional provisions, and amendments of the NDAA that directly affect the freedoms, and liberties of the American people.
Please do not punish law abiding citizens of these United States of America, in a vague passing of legislation which simply usurps basic rights away from anyone that may be subject to the 'interpretation' of Section 1021 of the NDAA, and any similarly worded articles.
If we know our enemy, then let it be stated clearly – and not left to the vague interpretation of those which may seek to abuse this power to silence those willing to still use their First Amendment Right.
