I Jacob Harrison Linn, would like to propose a Petition that would collect a hefty tax every other year from the top 5 richest counties in The United States and distributing the money accordingly to a General area of a chosen city (The city would be selected by some form of committee and would alternate every other year)
The money that the family's received, could be used for anything they would like. But we would be encouraging the families to use the money for positive reasons to help there family personally or there local community's
