We must ensure that the focus of all law enforcement foreign or domestic should focus on individuals and should not be based on the collection of of the data of law abiding citizens of the United States or its allies. The NSA and all other organizations are required to shut down all publicly known and unknown operations that collect such data on citizens who are not specifically suspected of crimes against the laws of this country. All such suspicions for surveillance needs to be approved by a non-FISA court on the public records.
