It is a fact the Education is a way out of poverty. Well the middle class should have access to Grants. The cut off from low income leaves too many out of getting grants and makes tuition out of reach for the many that barely subsist beyond low income!
What about changing the income level to give justice to anyone who wants an education and will keep up grades to qualify. And can not afford tuition.
