Colleges and university must offer 90% of course offerings and academic programs online.

Created by A.O. on January 22, 2013

Most students are unable to attend college due to employment obligations, transportation issues, health issues and family obligations. Most of the time, the employer does not schedule the work schedule around the student's class schedule. With the high price of gas, it is more expensive to commute to school. Most courses offered in the traditional classroom environment can be offered online, even if the student needs to purchase extra equipment. The student is less stressful when taking online courses because the student can do their classwork around his/her own schedule. The student completes the course in the privacy in their own home. Students can graduate more quickly if more online programs and courses are offered.
