This economy has taken it's toll on the generation now attending college. Universal higher interest rates on loans has dealt it's blow to many students and their families, the cost of living continues to rise while minimum wage incomes, often the college student default, remains the same. Sadly, financial aid and loans often do not cover the price of meals and food. These higher education facilities are incredibly lucrative, having money to spare. College students work hard and often provide a free service to society as interns. It is difficult to maintain a healthy lifestyle on a college budget, colleges should provide free, healthy food services to their students to help nourish the minds, souls, and bodies of our future to enhance the quality of their work and their chances of success.
