Colonize the Moon

The government should allocate the money for transportation and colonization of the Moon, like Kennedy once said:
"I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal, before this decade is out, of landing a man on the moon and returning him safely to the earth." you, Mr. President, I believe you can put a man on the moon and sustain him safely not only can we use the Moon as a science outpost, but we can also use it as a re-fueling station/ jump off point to Mars and other points of interest, I believe not only will this bring the United States of America together, but the whole World to strive for the good of mankind and our desire as a people, for exploration.
