Comast Monopoly In My Complex

We all live in a apartment complex and are forced to use Comcast. No other provider can enter or set up service in this complex. We are forced to pay high rates for service, when there are other providers in our area that offer the same as Comcast at a much much lower rate. We are not allowed to switch and if we try to go to another provider, they say they cannot come in. This is a violation of our rights as a consumer and a American
