Combat Action Badges for Veterans of Operation Desert Storm and Just Cause

The Combat Action Badge was created a few years ago, There are still veterans of Operations Desert Storm and Just Cause that are still on active duty status that have served proudly in the War On Terror and in Desert Storm and Just Cause. It is only befitting that they are awarded Combat Action Badges for past participation in the other conflicts also. Our Combat Infantrymen have the Combat Infantryman
badges that were awarded during the same two conflicts. The right thing to do is to recognize our Non Combat Arms brothers and sisters also.
