combat climate change & deforestation by creating a U.S. law to ensure that there are at least 15 trees per house lot

It would be beneficial to have more trees on one's private property. There should be a U.S. law ensuring that at any given time, each private home in America must have at least 15 live trees of our own choice planted on the property's grounds. This would help combat deforestation, ensure more oxygen production & less Carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. Since we are a leader of the free world, other countries would follow our lead on this, copying our actions. While it will not stop climate change from occurring, with cooperation from other countries, it could help to slow down the climate change process significantly.
