Combat global climate change in order to reduce CO2 emissions by 6% per year

350ppm is the recommended amount of CO2 emissions by the leading scientists in the field. This number needs to be reached in order to avoid catastrophic climate shifts. This is in the best interest of our people, economy, and national defense. We currently need to achieve a reduction in CO2 emissions of 6% per year to achieve this goal. This should be the number one concern of the Obama administration.
