Combat 'Modern Day' hiring discriminations

The practice of employers asking employees to sign privacy waivers must end. My position is that no worker should be penalized for an extensive absence of employment. No worker should be penalized for his/her credit ratings. Car ownership is one example of a means to discriminate. There is generally an insufficient standard whereby employers have abused the privilege of information that is readily available. Above all, employers should be seeking to end unemployment first and need to be compelled to do so. Through a rigorous invasion of privacy US employers are unwittingly ending the careers of many that want, need to contribute to society.
