A law that specifically applies to law enforcement and officers of the court which authorizes courts (judges and/or juries) to nullify any qualifying college degree held by officers accused of brutality, excessive force or any other abuse of authority such as harassment, malicious prosecution or wrongful conviction and corruption (with substantiated evidence) thereby disqualifying them from holding positions in law enforcement or the U. S. court system. All accusations must be adjudicated with a jury decision.
The accused will be suspended without pay or a maximum of 15 percent of pay throughout the review/judicial process for agency/department liability.
All substantiated claims are registered with the Dept of Justice to bar future employment in Law Enforcement or court systems.
