Combating Corruption in Security and enforcing the laws in the Department of Corrections of the Southern States, ( PREA)

PREA Prison Rape Elimination Act, I was railroaded for a technicallity into Florida Prison System for 6 months, and I had seen 5 or 6 youth that had been sexually assaulted and abused to be forced into homosexuality for prostitution, PREA was a federal Act created to protect Inmates from rape, I was in lock down and kids were lockdowned and in the nights and on weekends one kid was raped and sodomized all day and night for the wole weekend and then at night all week long, I could not have done nothing to help but grievance thier ways, and they did nothing, they would cover everything up and at night inmates or gaurds went into the cells of these kids and sexually assaulted them over and over again, these rapes need to be stopped, the monsters that do these things need to be brought to just
