Comcast specifically has been voted as the worst company in the USA on several occasions. Their customer service is absolutely horrendous. Comcast customer service is notorious for hanging up, making blatant false promises, and taking advantage of their customers. When a problem arises, it is impossible to have resolution. Quick glance at their facebook page shows the unlimited supply of angry people. With options limited, we the people can not stand for this! Join me in making Comcast responsible for their actions.
