Come up with a Health plan that works for all citizens. Then have the nation vote on it in a national vote.

Have the federal government come up with a health care plan that is based on income levels. For example, family of with combined income of $50,000-$75,000 pay $150 a month for insurance, family of four combined income of $75,000-$125,000 pays $200 a month and etc. Have this presented to the American voter who then comes out to vote on this matter in a national vote. Takes this out of the hands of politicians who chose what is best for us as citizens of the USA.
