President Obama released today that FHA would reduce their fees for current FHA customers. The hidden fact is that the loan needed to of been made prior to June of 2009. The way it stands millions of FHA customers cannot take advantage of this program. This date needs to be removed and replaced with a tangible benefit. Meaning as long as you lower your payment by 5% you qualify with no restriction to when your loan was made.
