There has been a serious lack of accountability and transparency to eligible recipients of health care services through the Indian Health Service throughout the United States. A congressional investigation and immediate intervention is necessary to assure that Native Americans receive QUALITY healthcare through the Indian Health Service and that all complaints made by eligible Indians be reviewed, responded to and rectified.
