Command the U.S.A. military planes to fly over and air drop survival supplies to the unreachable HaiconTyphoon Victims.

President Obama, People are dying in the Phillippines. As Comander in Chief you have the right and the authority to personally authorize both military planes and personal to work with disaster relief orginazations to create survival kits, fly over affected areas where people are dying from lack of basic needs, air droping supplies.over a wide area preventing the deaths of those who are gathering up in places where they think they must go to a distrubution center to recieve food, water, tents, medical supplies, and bags to bury their dead. Some of the outer Islands of the Phillippines and surounding areas have recieved nothing but airtime on our TV of them dying.
