Requests that the President use his powers as Commander in Chief to ban all weapons, or weapons similar in type, used by the military from use by civilians, including banning the sale or manufacture of military grade weapons for use by anyone other than the military. This would be done by adding these weapons to the already banned weapons list, such as hand grenades and machine guns, and restricting government contracting manufacturers of military weapons from engaging in the sale of their products to anyone other than the military.
