I would like to petition that Ashley Ostler be commended for her efforts in saving my dog Biscuit. Biscuit chased a squirrel out of the yard and caught his collar and neck under my chain link fence, cutting off his airway while I was at work. Biscuit began to yelp and choke and Ashley ran over and removed his head from the chain link before he could cut his neck and choke even more. My dog may have not survived without her efforts and deserves more than I can give her.
