I would like to hear the Administration come out in support of deep change in how much authority officers have in autocratically determining the outcome of sexual assault cases in the military. From all that I have read, this is an escalating problem in the military, that the officer's corps seems unwilling or unable to address with proper speed and regard for the victims.
