Please look into and issue public guidance in regards to the legality of Nevada AB 375, introduced by Assemblywoman Victoria Dooling (under the direction of Karen England). I believe it to be contradictory to official guidance already issued by Mr. Holder and the Department of Education in relation to Title IX protections of transgender students. The bill seeks to segregate transgender students into their own facilities or force them to use facilities not in line with their gender identity.
