Commission and build a memorial on the National Mall honoring the students, teachers and school administrators who have fallen during an epidemic of mass shootings in our country.
These innocent lives cannot be forgotten and our nation needs to come to terms with the magnitude of such loss.
As citizens, we ALL mourn each time a child, teacher or administrator is struck down while engaging the act of education. We need a place to honor, to reflect and to begin to heal.
