commission federal agency task forces to oversee, police, and enforce adherence/compliance of federal employment laws.

Created by A.M. on October 26, 2011

Oversight in Federal agency employment practices. Implementation of Federal agency Employment Task Forces would make each federal agency accountable (from their) annual budget) for all litigations of prohibited employment practices allegded against the agency. Federal agencies would no longer have legal sections that litigate employment disputes involving federal employees. Each agency will be penalized via their annual budget for all allegations from federal employees that allege prohited personnel practices. Each federal agency will have to hire attorneys to litigate all accusations of discrimination, harassment, and all other prohibited personnel practices. Agency managers will be held accountable for actions stemming from employee allegations of violations of employment laws.
